Almond Flour Brownies: Easy, Delicious, and Low-Carb

Almond Flour Brownies:

These almond flour brownies are the perfect treat for anyone on a low-carb or gluten-free diet. They're made with almond flour, cocoa powder, eggs, and sweetener of your choice, so they're packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:

» 1 1/2 cups almond flour

» 1 teaspoon baking powder

» 1/2 teaspoon salt

» 5 tablespoons butter, softened

» 1 3/4 cups granulated sweetener of choice (white, brown, sugar free, etc.)

» 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

»3 large eggs

»1 teaspoon vanilla extract

»1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sweetener until light and fluffy. Beat in the cocoa powder until combined.

Step 4

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 4

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 6

Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.

Tips:

»
For richer brownies, use dark cocoa powder.

»For fudgier brownies, bake them for a few minutes less.

»For chewier brownies, bake them for a few minutes longer.

»Add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or dried fruit to the batter for a fun twist.

»Serve the brownies warm with ice cream or whipped cream, or enjoy them plain.
